1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for an account, accessing https://hyperverifier.com, or using our verification API, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service between you and HyperVerifier Technologies Inc..

2. Verification Credits and Billing

Subscription plans grant recurring verification credit allotments on a monthly or annual billing cycle. Unused monthly plan credits roll over up to 90 days with active subscriptions. Pay-as-you-go credits do not expire.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use HyperVerifier to facilitate unlawful harassment, spam campaigns in violation of CAN-SPAM or CASL, or to reverse engineer our proprietary socket handshake mechanisms.

4. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We commit to a 99.99% monthly uptime availability for our REST API endpoints. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated via status alerts at least 72 hours in advance.
