At HyperVerifier, we hold a strict policy regarding user list confidentiality: We do not own, sell, license, rent, or share any email addresses or metadata you upload for verification. Uploaded contact lists remain your exclusive property at all times.
When you upload files for bulk verification or submit batches via our REST API, results are cached in our encrypted memory clusters for up to 14 days solely so you can export your reports. After 14 days, all associated list files and email records are permanently purged using cryptographic data shredding.
Our verification architecture connects to receiving mail exchangers using RFC 5321 commands and disconnects prior to any message submission. We do not transmit emails to individuals on your contact list.
We honor consumer privacy rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Users retain the right to request deletion of their account metadata at any time by contacting our Security Officer at support@hyperverifier.com.
